progress of your earnest money agreement from the time of signing until the
close of your sale

Escrow and closing: Any problem
that may arise with lenders, escrow agents, appraisers, underwriters,
inspectors, purchasers, and other agents during the time of escrow up to the
actual close of your sale - - - I will work hard to handle any situation.

I will be with you at closing,
as you complete the signing of your closing documents.
